Yes, our cleaning professionals would love to meet and get to know your pets and home! As far as staying on site or being present during each visit, it’s up to each client. We understand some clients prefer to be away from the house and others need to work from home.
We only need access to the home and any special instructions. We’ll handle the rest.
Every service includes a 48-hour window for feedback, starting the moment the job is completed. Clients are responsible for reviewing our checklist and providing photo-based feedback if any concerns arise.

Service reliability each month is extremely important because we reserve a date and time especially for your home. We request that you give us a minimum of 4 day advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason to avoid incurring a 50% cancellation fee. We are locally owned small business and cancellations have significant impacts our scheduling and service providers.
Payment is due at the conclusion of each service. Automatic payment by debit or credit card will be processed at the completion of every service visit.
