Kitchens and bathrooms are scrubbed top to bottom, including front of appliances, cabinets, and toilet seat lid removal. Even light switch covers, ceiling fans, and doorknobs get careful attention.

Do I need to clean before my cleaning crew arrives?

We don’t expect you to clean — that’s our job! We do kindly ask that laundry is put away and the kitchen sink is free of dishes. This helps us focus on giving your home the best reset possible.

The more surfaces we can access, the more thorough your results will be. If items like toys and papers are removed from surfaces and floors, it ensures cleaning professionals can access all areas of your home easily.

Do you use eco-friendly products?

Yes, we use mineral based cleaning products like Branch Basics as our all-purpose cleaning solution for 90% of our cleaning tasks.

Do cleaners bring their own supplies?

Yes, we’ve carefully chosen our equipment and cleaning products to be safe and effective for our cleaning team and your home.

Can pets or owners remain in the home?

Yes, our cleaning professionals would love to meet and get to know your pets and home! As far as staying on site or being present during each visit, it’s up to each client. We understand some clients prefer to be away from the house and others need to work from home.

We only need access to the home and any special instructions. We’ll handle the rest.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Every service includes a 48-hour window for feedback, starting the moment the job is completed. Clients are responsible for reviewing our checklist and providing photo-based feedback if any concerns arise.

This helps us assess the issue as a team and ensure the work meets our promised standards. We welcome detailed input to help us grow, improve, and deliver 5-star service every time

What is the cancellation or rescheduling fee?

Service reliability each month is extremely important because we reserve a date and time especially for your home. We request that you give us a minimum of 4 day advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason to avoid incurring a 50% cancellation fee. We are locally owned small business and cancellations have significant impacts our scheduling and service providers.

When and how do I make payment?

Payment is due at the conclusion of each service. Automatic payment by debit or credit card will be processed at the completion of every service visit.

Payment is due at the conclusion of each service. Automatic payment by debit or credit card will be processed within 5 days. Any payment overdue by 5 days will be subject to a 10% late fee for each week we cannot authorize for payment, and services may be suspended until the balance is paid.

We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation for all our W-2 cleaning specialists. Our employees have been rigorously background checked and screened prior to working with us. You can rest assured our staff has been thoroughly trained, integrity and is held accountable.
