Interpretation & Definitions
Account – A unique account created for you to access our service or parts of our service.

Booking & Payment Terms
Deposits:
Standard cleanings require a $75 non-refundable deposit, applied to the final cleaning cost.
Move-out cleanings require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Payments:
Payment will be processed on the day of your cleaning, after service completion.Rescheduling & Cancellations:
Minimum 4-day notice required to reschedule or cancel to avoid a $75 cancellation fee.
If less than 4 days’ notice is given, the deposit will be applied as the cancellation fee.
Rescheduling allowed up to four times with proper notice before the deposit is forfeited.
Recurring Discounts:
Discounted pricing applies for regular 7, 14, or 28-day intervals after the initial clean. Skipping a visit may result in higher pricing for the next service.
Service Standards
Cleaning Crew:
We typically assign two cleaners, with efforts made to keep the same team for recurring services. All staff undergo background checks and training.Arrival Window:
One-hour arrival window; notification provided if running early or late.Preparation:
Please clear surfaces, floors, and counters. Put away laundry and dishes so our team can focus on cleaning tasks.Employee Safety:
No climbing above step stools or moving items over 30 lbs.
No service in unsafe temperatures or hazardous environments.
We do not clean mold, biohazards, or animal waste.
Pets:
We work around pets but may leave if safety concerns arise.Supplies:
We use our own equipment and products to ensure quality and safety.Entry to Home:
Provide a lockbox/code or be present for entry.48-Hour Service Guarantee:
If an issue arises, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can re-clean missed areas. No refunds offered.Non-Solicitation:
Clients may not hire our staff directly; a $1500 training fee applies for violations.Damage & Loss:
Please inform us of fragile items before service.
We are not liable for wear-and-tear or undisclosed delicate items.
Report accidental damage within 24 hours for review.
We carry liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
